We have recent experience selling a few homes, including one on the main line in 2023. Dana has in depth knowledge and experience relative to the market, the process, home preparation, marketing and communications, the go to market strategy, and execution. She is an excellent coordinator and communicator and excellent with follow up. She was pragmatic and practical and anticipated next steps. She was available at all hours. Dana went above and beyond to ensure the preparation of the house for sale. We challenged yet agreed to proceed with all of her advice, including performing a seller inspection, addressing each item the inspector found and staging the home with appropriate modern furniture and decor. She did a great job covering for us throughout the entire process as we travel significantly. All of the preparations would allow us to maximize interest with great timing, leading to the sale of the home in less than a week and well above the listing price (and the price that other brokers had advised).
